What Does It Mean to Listen Attentively?
Listening attentively means:
• Looking at the speaker.
• Staying quiet and not interrupting.
• Thinking about what is being said.
• Asking questions if you don’t understand.

How to Respond to Questions
After listening, you should:
• Use full sentences to answer.
• Give details to explain your answer.
• Ask follow-up questions to show interest.

Example:
👩🏫 Teacher asks: “What was your favorite part of the story?”
👦 Student answers: “I liked when the dog found his way home because it was exciting!”
